BUT EN OR

BUT EN OR began with a meeting: Noura and Hoopa. Together, they started making music, with Horizon as their first song. Other tracks gradually followed, and the project took shape.

Along the way, new encounters enriched the adventure. Studio Migrateur joined the project to work on the sound, mixing and arrangements. Frédéric Chorier then gave the EP its visual identity, particularly through photography and the creation of its cover.

Marie Tournelle completed the team with her attentive ear, sensitivity and artistic and sonic perspective, helping take the emotion and arrangements further once the songs had taken shape. Finally, NMAudio brought the project its final depth and cohesion through mastering.

Behind BUT EN OR is, above all, a story of human encounters, trust and different sensibilities brought together by music.

After more than twenty years in music and several band projects, BUT EN OR marks a special milestone: Noura’s first solo project.
