Data collected
When someone subscribes to the newsletter, the website records their first name, email address, consent date and the information needed to manage subscriptions and unsubscribing. A temporary technical fingerprint, created from the IP address and browser, is used only to limit automated sign-ups and abuse.
Purposes and legal basis
First names and email addresses are used solely to send news and updates about Noura’s upcoming releases, on the basis of consent. Technical security checks are based on the legitimate interest in protecting the website against abuse.
Data retention
Newsletter data is retained for the duration of the subscription. Subscribers can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email. Information needed to demonstrate consent and unsubscribing may be retained for as long as necessary to meet applicable obligations. Security fingerprints are automatically deleted after two days.
Recipients and services used
Data is accessible only to Noura and the technical service providers needed to operate the website and newsletter, including Cloudflare for hosting and Resend for sending emails. These providers may process certain data outside the European Economic Area under their own contractual safeguards.
Cookies and external content
The website does not use advertising cookies or audience analytics tools. Cloudflare may set a cookie strictly necessary for security. YouTube videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode and only load after a visitor takes action. Links to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, social networks and PayPal open third-party services governed by their own policies.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, withdraw your consent and exercise other rights provided by law by writing to contact@nouramusic.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with CNIL.
